The client required a solution that could simultaneously handle their unique, hands-on manual confirmation service while building infrastructure for future instant, live booking and payment.

The solution included a prominent Manual Quote Form System for their current concierge service, alongside a live WooCommerce infrastructure configured to accept instant, available bookings and integrate with various payment solutions like PayFast.
